Volumes are a way of grouping the online modules in your system. Online learning modules are all the online courses available to your employees that are not Acumen online modules. For an example of online modules grouped into volumes, look at the Acumen online modules.
Adding a volume:
From the main menu select Online
Learning 4 Volumes 4 Add Volume.
The Add Volume page will display.
Enter a number in the Volume Number field.
Enter the name in the Volume Name field.
Enter a brief overview of the volume in the Description field.
Click Add.
A message will display telling you the it has been added to the system.
Click Back
to return to the List of Volumes
page.
You can now add modules to the volume by going to the Edit
a Module page for the module you want to add and selecting
the volume in the Volume listbox.
