How to edit a volume

Volumes are a way of grouping the online modules in your system. Online learning modules are all the online courses available to your employees that are not Acumen online modules. For an example of online modules grouped into volumes, look at the Acumen online modules.

Editing a volume:

1. From the main menu select Online Learning 4 Volumes 4 Manage Volumes.
   The List of Volumes page will display.

2. Find the volume you want to edit in the list and click the Edit icon, in that row.
   The Edit Volume page will display.

3. Make your required changes in the Volume Number, Volume Name and Description fields.

4. Click Update.
   A message will display telling you the volume has been updated.

5. Click Back to return to the List of Volumes page.
   You can add modules to the volume by going to the Edit a Module page for the module you want to add and selecting the volume in the Volume listbox.
