How to change an instructor’s details


If an instructor's information changes, you will need to go into their details and make the necessary changes so the system remains up to date. You do this from the Users menu.

Changing an instructor's details:

  1. From the main menu select Users 4 Manage Instructors.
    The List of Instructors page will display.
     

      

    You can use the Filter feature to find an instructor, or use click a letter or page number at the bottom of the page to jump to that part of the list.

  2. Find the instructor whose details you want to change in the list and click the Edit button in their row.
    The Edit Instructor page will display.

  3. Make your changes by overtyping or entering the details in the fields. To expand the various sections click the Expand icon, to the right of a section title. The sections are:

 

  1. Click Update.
    A message will display at the top of the page telling you the instructors had been added updated.
