The Assessment menu gives you access to the Categories option. Categories are used to group questions that are used in evaluations, for example, you may create a category called Foreign Exchange and add all questions relating to this topic.
Adding a new category
From the main menu select Assessments
4 Categories.
The List of Categories page
will display.
Click the Add
new category link at the top left of the page.
The Name and Description
fields will display.
Enter the name and description in these fields,
then click Save.
The new category will be added to the list.
To add questions to the new category, click the
Questions icon in
that row.
The List of Questions page
will display.
Use the question Wizard or Add new question link to create questions for your category.
Alternatively, you can move questions between categories by select the category to move them from in the Sort by category type listbox, selecting the question to be moved by selecting the checkbox in the relevant rows, then selecting the category to move them to from the Moved checked questions to category listbox.
You can import questions from an Excel file by entering the file location in the Import questions field, or using the Browse button to locate it, then clicking Upload.
