The List of Evaluations page

The List of Evaluations page is accessed by selecting Assessment 4 Evaluations from the main menu. From this page you can preview and edit the evaluations you already have in your system. You can also create new evaluations from here.

Evaluations are assessments for employees. Evaluations can be used in learning paths to assess an employees level of knowledge at certain stages throughout the learning path. A learning path can contain one evaluation or a combination of evaluations. Evaluations themselves are created by compiling a list of questions. Employees can see the evaluations that have been set for them in their My Learning Path page, My Assessments and Evaluations page and their My Assignments page.

You can create different types of evaluations. When you go to the List of Evaluations page an icon next to each evaluation tells you its type. The following table shows the types of evaluations you can use and their icon.

If you have a long list of evaluations, you can use the Filter button at the top of the page to filter the list of evaluations in the page so only those which meet your selected criteria are listed.

There is also a Wizard feature that you can use to easily create an evaluation. With this wizard you can select the evaluation type, and specify the description, behaviour and format for the evaluation. If the questions you want to add to the evaluation already exist you can add them from within the Wizard.
