The Assessment menu gives you access to the Categories option. Categories are used to group questions that are used in evaluations, for example, you may create a category called Foreign Exchange and add all questions relating to this topic.
When you view categories in the List
of Categories page you can click the Questions
icon for a category to view all the questions within it.
This takes you to the List of Questions
page from where you can edit the questions.

Within the List of Questions page you can move questions between categories by checking the checkbox of the questions to be moved in the far right column, then selecting the category to move them to in the Moved checked questions to category listbox at the bottom of the page. |
Editing a category
From the main menu select Assessments
4 Categories.
The List of Categories page
will display.
To change the name or description of a category
click the Edit icon, in the relevant row.
The Name and Description
fields will display.
Make your changes in these fields, then click
Save.
The category will be updated.
To amend the questions in a category, click the
Questions icon in
that row.
The List of Questions page
will display.
Use the question Wizard or Add new question link to create question for your category.
Alternatively, you can move questions between categories by select the category to move them from in the Sort by category type listbox, selecting the question to be moved by selecting the checkbox in the relevant rows, then selecting the category to move them to from the Moved checked questions to category listbox.
You can import questions from an Excel file by entering the file location in the Import questions field, or using the Browse button to locate it, then clicking Upload.
